Jessica has worked for over a year with a member of my family who has multiple complex medical conditions. While her primary task has been physical rehabilitation following an injury, she has taken a holistic approach to her client’s needs; providing guidance around nutrition, suggestions for safely performing daily activities, and attention to overall strength and balance. We have been impressed with Jess’s ability to be flexible and innovative so that she can maximize the impact of her sessions.
Jessica has been training my husband and I for almost 5 years. She has been instrumental in helping us to achieve our fitness goals and in transforming our daily routine. In addition, Jessica is a friend,therapist and ally helping us to not only think carefully about exercise and food but also about our overall lifestyle including managing stress, sleep and everything that contributes to a happy healthy life.
